Dr. Phifer and the staff members are so nice and caring. I felt at ease knowing that they were so kind to me. Dr. Phifer listens to me and explains things that I don't understand about my skin condition.

I had only 4 spots/areas that I wanted looked at . I wasn't even asking for a full body scan. The 1st thing she said was, "we might not have time for all that." I filled out forms online, then was given the same forms to fill out again at the office. I spent more time filling out forms that no one looked at, then my very quick appt. Kleinman seemed dismissive and disrespectful. I asked for a Rx for Tri Luma for age spots & she told me, "Yours aren't that bad. You can live with them. Wear more sunscreen and they won't get worse." It's not up to her to decide what is or is not bothering me. She kept pushing steroids for the dry patch on my nose. I wasn't receptive to that and asked for an alternative. Eventually I reluctantly agreed, but changed my mind when I got home. I called the office & asked them to switch it. They said they would, but when I got to the pharmacy the steroid had been ordered due to lack of communication in the Sanford Office. I certainly have no plans to return & would not recommend this practice.
