I brought my daughter in after being referred by her primary care physician. When Ian came into the room he just sat in the corner and acted like being in the room was the last place he wanted to be. He just acted like he didn’t care. I don’t think he would have even looked at her skin had I not instigated the process. I don’t know if he was having a bad day, but he didn’t seem like the kind of provider I would want treating my daughter. I left the office more concerned for his well being than my own daughter. I canceled the follow up and scheduled something with another dermatologist in Sanford.

Email asked for a Yes or no answer. I answer yes and nothing comes up. I answer no and get a response. Yes I would refer your practice to any one. You did good with me and I hope we can continue with a good patient/doctor relationship.

I have been going to Sanford Dermatology in Lillington for years. I have always been pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff (from the receptionist who always greets me with a smile to the nurses who always have time to chat and raise my comfort level to the max) and the amazing doctors who treat me as if I were the only patient they have. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and always eager to answer any questions I have. I have had a few scary experiences in the past, but the staff at Sanford Dermatology has been there for me every step of the way.

Bed side manners could be better (better at explaining things and not using jargon, not seeming to be in a rush and almost having an attitude answering questions or if I don’t know something)

She asks me , how I been since our last meeting, checked what she froze, and asks me if I have found any thing
that I have concerns regarding them. She is polite and pays attention to her job and her client

Mary Candace Seagle, PA-C is an outstanding doctor. Dr. Seagle is knowledgeable, shows empathetic, displayed excellent bedside manner and very easy to talk to. She makes me feel comfortable as I explain my concerns. She always had a positive attitude. I would recommend Dr. Seagle to anyone.
